Project Goals
The WZCC–IZYN program aims to build a lasting bridge between Iranian and Parsi Zoroastrian youth. By facilitating mutual cultural exposure and collaboration, the project seeks to rebuild historic bonds, inspire shared initiatives, and foster global Zoroastrian unity. Through language learning, business education, and cultural immersion, the program empowers young participants to become future leaders and entrepreneurs in the Zoroastrian world.
What the Program Is
- A structured Iran–India exchange building business, cultural, and leadership skills.
- A youth-centered effort under the WZCC Minor Legacy Project.

Project Structure
- Core Components:
– English Empowerment Phase: English language training for Iranian participants to ensure confident communication.
– Joint Learning Phase: Online business courses combining Iranian and Parsi participants for collaboration and skill exchange.
– Cultural Exchange Phase: Reciprocal two-week travel exchanges between Iran and India to experience each other’s culture, traditions, and lifestyles firsthand. - Implementation Model:
The program begins with educational preparation, continues with digital collaboration, and culminates in in-person cultural and entrepreneurial experiences.
Each phase strengthens communication, cooperation, and shared vision among the participants.
Expected Results (Outcomes)
- Enhanced communication and cross-cultural understanding between Iranian and Parsi Zoroastrian youth.
- Joint participation in educational and entrepreneurial activities.
- Establishment of 10 collaborative business initiatives co-founded by participants.
